Some studies swear by the heath benefits of red wine and other health advocates swear off booze altogether. It’s interesting to note that multiple studies indicate people on the far end of the spectrum, those who abstain and those who overindulge, have more mental health issues than people who drink in moderation.
To sum up, it doesn’t seem anyone has a clue as to what is good for you. So why would I suggest you stop altogether? Because, life is one big laboratory where you get to conduct the experiments. If you typically imbibe in a regular fashion simply abstain for a few days or a few weeks and see how you feel. And that is all.
