Even though I’m a girl I never think to buy flowers. The only exception is Mother’s Day when I send flowers to my mother. This idea was inspired, oddly enough, by my husband who has a habit of buying flowers to brighten up our living room. It’s not a regular thing, he might pick up a bouquet a few times a year, but it’s more than I’ve ever thought of doing.

Use this note as inspiration to bring a little life into your living space. Flowers always look great and smell lovely. That is until they die and you leave them to rot and grow mouldy in the vase. Which I typically do.
Please avoid doing that, it’s demoralizing.
